This policy explains what Your Name / Business Name collects through the Nexum BCBR Prep app and website, and how it is used.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and an encrypted password, stored with Google Firebase Authentication.
• Your practice progress and scores, stored in Google Firebase.
• Records of your purchases: amount, date, plan and Razorpay payment and order IDs.

We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To sign you in, unlock the access you paid for, show your progress, answer support requests and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

The website uses one essential session cookie to keep you logged in. It is deleted when you close your browser or log out.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data by emailing support@example.com. Purchase records may be kept as required by law.
