Which email should I use?
The same email and password you registered with in the BCBR Pro app. If you signed up with a different email, the purchase will not appear in the app you use.
How soon does the app unlock?
Right after payment. Close and reopen the app, or go back to the home screen, and your access shows as active.
I forgot my password.
Use “Forgot password” on the log-in page. The reset link also works for the app, since it is the same account.
Will I be charged automatically every month?
No. Each purchase is a one-time payment for a fixed number of days. You decide whether to buy again.
